Strategic Plan 2020-2025

Every three years, SSEF conducts an organizational assessment: surveying our community, reviewing needs, and successes. This process is crucial to building strength, remaining relevant and growing with our community. The end product is our map, showing us where we need to go and how we will get there.

We are indebted to Pam Bator and Tim Christenfeld for leading this effort and delivering a strategic plan that keeps us on track during such turbulent times. The countless hours of discussion with community members, volunteers, donors, and the Board of Directors were greatly appreciated.
